• WHOLESALE DISCOUNT:  My wholesale discount is 35% off the retail costs shown on this website, and is currently limited to the following product categories (additional categories possible, please contact me):

• Fused Glass Cabochons and Pendants/Slides are individually hand-made to fill your order.  I will provide you with a variety of shapes, colors, and patterns.  Where possible, I will take your color/style preferences into account.
   

• Each piece will be engraved on the back with the artist's initials ("CGS") and marked "Laguna Beach" as their point of origin.

• MINIMUM ORDER:  Wholesale orders require a minimum order of $250 (at the net wholesale rate -- as in $385 retail) and can be comprised of any of the above product categories.  After your initial order, there is a minimum purchase requirement of $100 net on any future wholesale orders.

• APPLICATION:  Please complete the following form to apply for wholesale pricing, and submit it along with a copy of your state resale tax license.  Two ways to apply for wholesaler status: (1) copy & paste form into MS Word, fill in & email back as an attachment; (2) mail it in: POB 4907, Laguna Beach, CA 92652.  IN EITHER CASE, YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY/SCAN OF YOUR STATE RESALE TAX LICENSE. 

• PAYMENT METHODS:  I don't require credit applications or other sensitive financial documents... because I ask that you prepay using PayPal, the secure online payment processing service.  I will invoice you for the net wholesale amount due, after we've corresponded about the specifics of your order.  If your company does not have a PayPal account, it takes just a few minutes to set up.  If you choose not to sign up for a PayPal account, payment by check (U.S. only) is acceptable, but will delay shipping of your order until the check has cleared (typically about two weeks). 

• SHIPPING & INSURANCE:  Buyer pays for shipping and insurance via USPS Priority Mail (domestic U.S.).  For international orders, there is First Class Mail International (cheaper, but no insurance is offered, and in choosing this option you agree to accept the risk); or Priority Mail International where insurance will be added to cover the value of your purchased items.  Any customs/duties fees are the buyer's responsibility.
